One of the key challenges on this £15 million project was working within the constraints of a secure and active port. All construction activities were scheduled to minimise disruption to live logistics operations and vessel movements.
We managed all enabling works, ground investigations, and services diversions ahead of construction, followed by the delivery of structural steel and reinforced concrete frames, envelope works, internal fit outs, and MEP installations all to tight programme milestones. The four-floor office extension included high-performance façades, raised access flooring, integrated services, and modern workplace finishes aligned with client requirements.
