We support our teams with lean construction implementation using proven construction applications such as digital apps and tools to drive value, eliminate waste and deliver lean sustainable solutions and workflows.
Continuous feedback on suggested procedure improvements isĀ important to our company and this is developed through our Lessons Learn Improvement Programme. A number of successful lean initiatives incorporated into our business procedures include, continuous integration of design and work method planning though BIM, digital integration in design and construction workflows, offsite construction and ‘just in time’ deliveries have been introduced onto our projects.
